The attorney will be responsible for developing and implementing legal strategies, reviewing casework, and ensuring compliance with all relevant immigration laws and regulations. Additionally, the role requires collaboration with other departments to streamline case management and improve client outcomes. Ultimately, the Supervising Immigration Attorney will play a critical role in upholding the firm's reputation for excellence while driving operational efficiency and client satisfaction.Minimum Qualifications:Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.Active membership in good standing with the state bar where practicing.Bilingual proficiency in Spanish.Minimum of 5 years of experience practicing immigration law.Demonstrated experience supervising or managing legal teams.Strong knowledge of U.S. immigration laws, regulations, and procedures.Preferred Qualifications:Experience working in a multi-office law firm environment.Prior experience handling complex immigration cases such as asylum, deportation defense, or employment-based immigration.Familiarity with legal case management software and technology tools.Advanced certifications or training in immigration law or legal management.Responsibilities:Supervise and mentor a team of immigration attorneys and paralegals across multiple office locations.Review and provide strategic guidance on complex immigration cases, ensuring legal accuracy and compliance.Develop and implement best practices and policies to enhance case management and client service.Conduct regular training sessions and performance evaluations to support professional development.Collaborate with administrative staff to optimize workflow and resource allocation within the immigration practice.Skills:The Supervising Immigration Attorney will utilize their legal expertise daily to analyze and strategize on complex immigration matters, ensuring compliance and favorable outcomes for clients.
