You can trust us to provide reliable, long-lasting solutions to a variety of plumbing needs.*Job Description:* As a Journeyman Plumber at Kelderman Plumbing, you will be responsible for performing a variety of plumbing tasks including installation, maintenance, and repair of plumbing systems in residential and commercial settings. You will work independently or as part of a team to deliver high-quality services to our clients.*Key Responsibilities of a Journeyman Plumber:** Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems and fixtures such as pipes, fittings, water heaters, and more.* Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing issues, providing effective solutions.* Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine the layout of plumbing systems.* Perform inspections of plumbing systems to identify issues and ensure compliance with safety and building codes.* Collaborate with other trades and contractors on construction and renovation projects.* Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client concerns and explaining work performed.* Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.* Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.*Qualifications of a Journeyman Plumber:** Valid Journeyman Plumber license in WI.* Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Journeyman Plumber.* Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, codes, and regulations.* Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.* Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.* Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.* Must be able to lift heavy equipment and materials as needed.*Benefits:** Competitive salary based on experience.* Health, dental, and vision insurance.* Retirement plan with company match.* Paid time off and holidays.* Opportunities for professional development and advancement.* Company-provided tools and equipment.* Supportive and collaborative work environment.Please reach out with any questions, let us know if you would like an application to fill out or send a resume!
