Here's some of what you can expect to be doing on a daily to weekly basis:Flex your customer service muscles to maximize retention of assigned accounts within your territoryConduct approximately 25 client inspections per week, ensuring best practices are taught/coached, practiced, and in placeResolve customer issues, as neededBe a coach/guide/guru for franchisees, assisting with training, business coaching , and quality reviewsManage setup of new customer accounts, including on-site training and building relationshipsWhat you'll need to succeed:Track record of success in maintaining motivation and drive to achieve goals in a competitive, self-directed environmentAbility to coach and train people within an organized structureExcellent customer service skillsProficient bilingual (English/Spanish) speaking and writing capabilitiesSkilled user of Microsoft Office programsClean driving record & ability to pass a background check and drug testAbility to be in our Blue Ash office at least 1 day per week, and visit clients across greater Dayton marketA little about us:JAN-PRO Franchise Development of Greater Cincinnati/Dayton franchises commercial cleaning businesses that offer completely customer-focused services, using state of the art processes and cleaning techniques.
