Job Description

· Assist with reactivating and deactivating customer accountsMaking sure you fit the guidelines as an applicant for this role is essential, please read the below carefully.· Ensure adjustments to client accounts are correct in internal systems· Complete the direct processing and billing for customer accounts· Assist in the review of reports for accuracy· Maintain data quality functions· Adhere to deadlines and service level agreements· Provide support to internal and external customers· Investigate and escalate any instances where service level agreements are not met· Utilize software tools for an efficient workflow*Requirements:*· Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience· 2-3 years of experience within finance/banking/customer service· Knowledge of and experience with Microsoft Excel#IND1Job Types: Full-time, ContractPay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hourExpected hours: 40 per weekWork Location: Hybrid remote in Fort Mill, SC 29708
