This role is responsible for providing first-level support to customers via phone and email, ensuring timely and effective resolution of technical issues using our service ticketing system. The ideal candidate will be a clear communicator, problem-solver, and dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service.*Comprehensive product training and ongoing support* will be provided to ensure success in the role and confidence in assisting our customers.*Key Responsibilities** Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone and email.* Use the company's service ticketing system to track, prioritize, and document all support requests.* Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, escalating complex problems as needed.* Provide accurate information, instructions, or solutions to customers related to company products or services.* Collaborate with the Service Manager and other team members to improve support processes and documentation.* Maintain a strong understanding of the company's products, services, and support protocols.* Follow up with customers to ensure satisfactory resolution of issues and maintain high customer satisfaction levels.* Communicate with materials team to secure and ship parts as needed.* Other duties may be assigned as needed by your Supervisor or Manager.*Qualifications** High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or associate's degree is a plus.* Previous experience in a technical support, help desk, or customer service role.* Strong verbal and written communication skills.* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-oriented environment.* Proficiency with email* Strong organizational and time management skills.* Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating strong problem solving skills.*Work Environment & Hours** Full-time, in-office and on the shop floor as necessary to resolve or investigate customer concerns.* Standard hours of operation: *Monday - Thursday, 7am - 4:30pm & Friday 7am - 11am (OT as required)*_*Oliver Companies is an Equal Opportunity Employer - M/F/Disabled/Vets - and a drug-free workplace*_Pay Scale: $19 - $24 an hourJob Type: Full-timePay: $19.00 - $24.00 per hourExpected hours: 40 - 45 per weekBenefits:* 401(k)* 401(k) matching* Dental insurance* Flexible schedule* Health insurance* Life insurance* Paid time off* Referral program* Retirement plan* Vision insuranceWork Location: In person
