I will teach you how to Sell Systems.**Immediate openings for:**Qualified Service Technicians*If you meet the following requirements, you will have the opportunity to make income far above the industry norm, $100,000 plus annually with 50% medical, dental and vision paid coverage offered. This is a full-time position with work year-round and an on-call rotation. Company vehicle provided.*JOB REQUIREMENTS SERVICE TECHNICIAN:*2 years experienceClean background and MVREPA CertificationNATE Certification a plusGood communication skillsAccurately diagnose and repair HVAC equipment failures and customer home comfort issuesPresent to customers information on company's maintenance plansRecommend new equipment as a viable option to expensive repairs. You will be trained on simple to use estimating software to present replacement options.Service Titan a plusMust have all tools to complete calls with 100% satisfaction.
