The owner considers all businesses tech based business and you will captain it. These roles have been outsourced in the past, it is crucial to our expansion and goals to bring this in house. All business our within our own building. The internal office is a very family friendly office. The average tenur within these business is close to ten years. We are looking for a keeper that is ready to come in and help us hit and succeed our goals.*The Role*Own and create our *multi-brand web + CRM + automation stacks end-to-end*. You will:* *Design, build, and maintain* high-performing websites and landing pages (WordPress; Shopify for select brands; headless/Next.js as needed).* Keep *Core Web Vitals green* on revenue pages; ship components and templates that make speed and SEO the default.* Implement *technical SEO* (schema, sitemaps, redirects, internal linking, crawl/index control) and *CRO* (forms, offers, layouts, test plans).* *Automate* everything sensible with **: lead capture ? *Pipedrive* (pipelines, routing, enrichment, de-dupe, alerts), AI summaries to deal notes, review/GBP posting workflows, weekly performance digests.* Own *analytics & attribution*: GA4 events, GSC, Looker Studio dashboards, Measurement Protocol / server-side where appropriate, clean UTM discipline.* Standardize the stack across brands (shared components, tracking layer, CI/CD, staging) while keeping each site on-brand.* Document what you ship and make it easy to extend.* Prioritize future goals and ideas on all technology we rely on* Create constant efficiency throughoutMinimum Qualifications (must-haves)* *Web:* 5-8+ years hands-on building production sites. Expert in *WordPress* (Gutenberg/ACF or comparable), strong HTML/CSS and modern JS. Comfortable with Shopify theme work; can handle basic headless/Next.js when it's the right tool.* *Speed & SEO:* Proven Core Web Vitals wins, Lighthouse tuning, image/CDN pipelines, , redirect/crawl control.* *Automation:* ** (Integromat) power user"”webhooks, routers, error handling, queues, rate-limits, retries.* *CRM/RevOps:* *Pipedrive* admin + API experience; you've built real pipelines, automations, and custom fields/stages that sales actually use.* *Analytics:* GA4 (custom events, conversions), GSC, Looker Studio; comfortable with *Measurement Protocol* or server-side collection.* *AI in practice:* You've embedded LLMs to summarize leads, generate drafts safely, QA content, and accelerate internal workflows (not just "used ChatGPT"). We are building AI stacks to solve problems and open opportunity.* *Tooling:* Git, basic CI/CD and staging hygiene, clear documentation.* *Bias to ship:* You own outcomes, move fast without breaking the data layer, and communicate crisply.Nice-to-Haves* Tailwind, basic Node/Python for glue code, Google Apps Script, Cloudflare experience.* GBP/Local SEO workflows (posts, photos, Q&A) and LocalBrandManager familiarity.* Call tracking/telephony routing (e.g., JustCall) integrations.* CRO/experimentation experience; Loom/Figma comfort for quick reviews.Hard Evidence Required (include with your application)*We will test/verify all links.** *Web performance:* 3-5 live URLs you built (or rebuilt) with a one-liner of your role. ]* *Automation/AI:* 2-3 ** scenario screenshots and a *2-5 min Loom* walk-through showing flow design, error handling, and outcomes (e.g., lead ?
