Attorney (Workers' Compensation)

Successful Midwestern law firm is seeking an Attorney to handle defending workers' compensation claims in our St. Louis, Missouri office. Hennessy & Roach, P.C. is a growing dynamic firm with an eight-state footprint (WI, IL, IN, MO, NE, KS, TN, IA).If the following job requirements and experience match your skills, please ensure you apply promptly.Job functions include litigating workers' compensation cases through all phases on behalf of employers and insurers, management of individual caseload, drafting pleadings and conducting legal research as needed, negotiations for settlement, and attending hearings, trials, depositions, oral arguments, mediations, arbitrations and other proceedings.*Qualifications:*· J.D. and license in either Illinois or Missouri.
