This role requires a commitment to quality workmanship and excellent customer service, ensuring that every vehicle meets our high standards before returning to the customer.*Responsibilities** Perform auto body repairs, including frame straightening and panel replacement.* Utilize MIG welding techniques for structural repairs and fabrication tasks.* Conduct vehicle maintenance and detailing to ensure optimal performance and appearance.* Use hand tools, power tools, and airless paint spraying equipment for repairs and refinishing.* Execute auto painting with precision, ensuring a smooth finish that meets customer expectations.* Collaborate with team members to assess damage and develop repair plans through auto estimating.* Maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to safety protocols.* Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their vehicle's status.*Qualifications** At least 3 years of proven experience as an Auto Body Technician.* Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in automotive repair and restoration.* Proficiency in using various tools such as welding equipment, hand tools, and power tools.* Familiarity with sheet metal work, soldering techniques, and assembly processes.* Ability to perform heavy lifting as required during repairs and installations.* Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work.* Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.* Effective communication skills for interacting with team members.
