Associate Attorney

A busy personal injury law firm in Gilbert is looking for a 3+ year Plaintiff personal injury lawyer. The successful candidate must be able to take a case from intake to settlement.Are you the right candidate for this opportunity Make sure to read the full description below.Job Duties:* Draft pleadings* Respond to written discovery* Take and defend depositions* Handle ADR* Settle pre-litigation cases* Organize and maintain all client files* Handle/assist intakes as needed* Update clients* Negotiate liens* Assist in file management* Draft demands* Negotiate settlement* Interact with clients, adjusters, medical providers and opposing counsel* Ensure clients are informed and receive correspondenceExperience and Education Required:* 3+ years of Plaintiff personal injury experience.
