Maintenance Technician Floater

Contribute to a team dedicated to providing exceptional living experiences for our residents while advancing your career!Duties/Responsibilities:Service RequestPerform, with good workmanship, all assigned projects in a timely mannerPerform as on-call emergency service technician as directedRepair/replace HVAC systems and components, gas and electric appliances, glass, wall tile, floor coverings, sub floors, fixtures, blinds, exterior building coverings, playgrounds, mailbox clusters, sidewalks, asphalt and locks etc.Perform plumbing, electrical, painting, concrete, masonry, minor extermination and carpentry work etc.Preventative maintenancefollow preventive maintenance proceduresCustomer satisfactionEnsure the completion of work requests within twenty-four (24) hours Report all resident complaints, resident work requests, concerns and deficiencies to supervisor/site managerOther duties as assignedThe following information provides an overview of the skills, qualities, and qualifications needed for this role.PIff20018443da-30134-38952037
