We are seeking a highly motivated Labor and Employment Law Attorney with 3+ years' experience in labor/employment law to join our practice. The ideal Labor and Employment Law Attorney will have litigation experience and be comfortable working with employers on employment counseling and compliance issues. Corporate transactional and/or construction experience are considered advantageous. The attorney will play a key role in serving our clients and contributing to the growth of our practice.Scroll down to find an indepth overview of this job, and what is expected of candidates Make an application by clicking on the Apply button.*Labor and Employment Law Attorney Responsibilities:** Provide legal counsel and representation to employers on a wide range of employment law matters, including but not limited to discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination, wage and hour issues, and compliance with state and federal regulations.* Conduct legal research, draft legal documents and provide strategic advice to clients.* Represent clients in litigation proceedings, including hearings, arbitrations and trials.* Handle corporate transactional and construction matters.* Demonstrate strong analytical skills, interpersonal skills, written and oral communication skills, and a strong work ethic.*Labor and Employment Law Attorney Requirements:** Admission to the State Bar of Minnesota.* 3+ years of experience practicing labor and employment law.* Demonstrated interest in labor and employment law.* Proven track record of success.* Strong analytical skills and ability to provide strategic legal advice to clients.* Excellent written and oral communication skills.* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.*Labor and Employment Law Attorney Benefits:** Competitive salary commensurate with experience.* Comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.* Flexible work location(s) considered.* Opportunities for professional development and advancement.*How to Apply:*To apply, please send a cover letter and resume to firm@.
