Immigration Attorney

Seeking an experienced Immigration Attorney to join our team. This is a full-time, on-site role. The role involves representing clients in immigration matters, advising on immigration policies and issues, maintaining and updating case files, and working collaboratively with our legal team to achieve favorable outcomes for our clients.The following information provides an overview of the skills, qualities, and qualifications needed for this role.*Key Responsibilities:** Represent clients before the Board of Immigration Appeals (BIA) and the Executive Office for Immigration Review (EOIR), handling cases involving deportation, removal defense, and appeals.* Handle a caseload of complex matters before USCIS, including adjustment of status applications, naturalization, waivers, and petitions for family -based immigration.* Assist clients with National Visa Center (NVC) processing and consular processing issues.* Draft and submit legal briefs, motions, and applications to immigration authorities.* Conduct legal research on immigration law and policy, including federal case law and regulatory changes.* Advise clients on their immigration options and potential outcomes, ensuring they fully understand the legal process.* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of immigration law and procedural changes.* Provide excellent customer service and maintain strong client relationships.Job Type: Full-timePay: $90,000.00 - $130,000.00 per yearBenefits:* 401(k)* Dental insurance* Health insurance* Life insurance* Paid time off* Vision insuranceAbility to Commute:* Miami, FL 33172 (Required)Ability to Relocate:* Miami, FL 33172: Relocate before starting work (Required)Work Location: In person
