Litigation Attorney

Responsibilities:Please make sure you read the following details carefully before making any applications.- Manage a complex case load from intake through trial- Conduct legal and factual research and analysis- Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs- Independently manage cases through all discovery proceedings- Prepare for and participate in depositions, hearings, and trialsExperience:- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school- Admitted to practice law in California (at least 3 years of experience as an attorney)- Strong research and analytical skills- Excellent written and verbal communication skills- Proficiency in legal research tools such as Westlaw- Experience in drafting legal documents, including pleadings and motions- 3 + years of experience in civil litigationAs a Litigation Associate, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of cases and gain valuable experience in all aspects of litigation.
