Residential Journeyman Electrician

You will play a crucial role in ensuring electrical systems are installed, maintained, and repaired to the highest standards. Your hands-on experience and technical knowledge will empower you to tackle challenges head-on. We are looking for someone that can take initiative. Someone that can work with our customers and understand what they are looking for. Troubleshooting electrical problems is a large part of this job; we are looking for a team member to be able to troubleshoot receptacles and lights, septic float systems, etc. If you're ready to energize your career and make a significant impact in Grays Harbor and Pacific county, we want to hear from you!*What you'll do** Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in compliance with the National Electrical Code (NEC)* Troubleshoot and resolve issues with high voltage and low voltage systems* Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to execute projects accurately* Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for various electrical tasks* Conduct renovations and construction work while adhering to safety protocols* Collaborate with team members on construction sites to ensure timely project completion* Perform tests using an ohmmeter and other diagnostic equipment to ensure system functionality* Provide maintenance person support as needed for general maintenance tasks*Basic qualifications** Proven experience as an electrician in Residential settings* Strong understanding of electrical systems, including frame carpentry skills*Preferred qualifications** Previous experience working on construction sites with a focus on renovation projects* A proactive attitude towards safety practices and teamwork*Our benefits include:** Opportunities for professional development and training* Supportive work culture that values collaboration and innovation*About us*We are a small town Electrical business.
