HVAC Lead Installer

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems, with the ability to work INDEPENDETLY and LEAD a team. This role mainly involves installing, but not limited to maintaining, and repairing HVAC systems in both residential and light commercial settings. A commitment to safety and quality workmanship is essential.*Responsibilities** Install HVAC systems according to specifications and schematics.* Perform routine maintenance and repairs on heating and cooling systems.* Troubleshoot issues with HVAC equipment, including air conditioning units and ammonia refrigeration systems.* Conduct property maintenance tasks related to HVAC systems.* Collaborate with other tradespeople for projects requiring welding, plumbing, or appliance repair.* Ensure compliance with local building codes and safety regulations.* Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.* Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their HVAC needs.*Requirements** Proven experience in HVAC installation or a related field.* Ability to install equipment.* Knowledge of property maintenance practices and equipment repair techniques.* Familiarity with air conditioning systems, ammonia refrigeration, schematics, and HVAC components.* Ability to weld and plumb as needed for installations or repairs.* Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.* Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members.* Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to job sites.* Relevant certifications in HVAC or related fields are preferred but not mandatory.Join our team of professionals dedicated to providing high-quality HVAC solutions!Job Type: Full-timeExpected hours: 40 per weekBenefits:* 401(k) matching* Company truck* Dental insurance* Health insurance* Life insurance* Paid time off* Vision insuranceSchedule:* 10 hour shift* 8 hour shift* Monday to Friday* On call* OvertimeSupplemental Pay:* Overtime payWork Location: In person
