*Job Title: IT Technician*Is your CV ready If so, and you are confident this is the role for you, make sure to apply asap.We are a small, community-based mental health agency dedicated to providing compassionate, person-centered care to individuals and families. As we continue to grow, we are establishing our first internal IT department and seeking a highly skilled, self-motivated *IT Specialist* to take the lead in developing and managing all technology operations within the agency.*Position Summary*The IT Specialist will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining the agency's technology infrastructure. This position requires an individual who can work independently, take initiative, and build IT systems and protocols from the ground up. The role reports directly to the agency's leadership team, including the Owner and Clinical Director.*Key Responsibilities** Develop and implement IT infrastructure, systems, and policies for the agency.* Configure, manage, and optimize *Microsoft 365* environment, including Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Outlook integrations.* Manage and maintain *DocuSign* accounts, templates, and user permissions.* Support integration and functionality of *Relias Learning Management System* (intermediate-level use preferred).* Establish and manage a *secure Virtual Private Network (VPN)* for remote staff access.* Create and document IT protocols, procedures, and user guides to support agency operations.* Provide ongoing technical support and training to staff as needed.* Collaborate with leadership to ensure compliance with data privacy and HIPAA regulations.* *Oversee new employee IT onboarding*, including creating accounts, assigning appropriate permissions, and ensuring proper device and software setup.* *Serve as the primary liaison with external technology partners*, including:* *Electronic Health Record (EHR)* provider (*Checkpoint*)* *Website developer** *Payroll system provider* (*Paychex*)to address agency needs, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate updates or integrations.* Evaluate technology needs and make recommendations for hardware, software, and cybersecurity improvements.*Qualifications** Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).* *Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft 365 administration* (including user management, permissions, and integrations).* *Expert-level experience with DocuSign* (template creation, workflow setup, troubleshooting).* *Intermediate proficiency with Relias LMS* strongly preferred.* Proven experience establishing and managing *VPNs* and secure remote systems.* Demonstrated ability to *work independently* and manage projects without direct oversight.* Experience developing IT procedures, policies, and documentation.* Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.* Experience working within healthcare or mental health settings preferred but not required.*Why Join Us** Opportunity to build and shape an IT department from the ground up.* Collaborative, mission-driven leadership environment.* Flexible schedule and potential for remote/hybrid work.* Meaningful work supporting a team dedicated to improving community mental health.Job Types: Full-time, ContractPay: $70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per yearWork Location: Remote
