As we expand, we are seeking a licensed, knowledgeable, and personable *attorney* to assist our *intake department* by being available to answer legal questions from potential clients via *phone and Zoom.*Apply now, read the job details by scrolling down Double check you have the necessary skills before sending an application.*Position Overview:*We are looking for a licensed Arizona attorney to support our intake team by:* Speaking directly with potential clients to answer basic legal questions about personal injury matters.* Clarifying legal processes and case eligibility in plain, compassionate language.* Offering brief consultations via Zoom or phone as needed to build trust and help convert leads into clients.* Assisting intake specialists in determining case viability based on firm criteria.* Collaborating with intake supervisors to improve workflows and intake scripts.This is *not* a litigation or case management role "” your primary focus will be client communication at the intake stage.*Key Responsibilities:** Be available during agreed-upon hours to take scheduled or on-demand calls/Zooms with prospective clients.* Explain legal rights and options in a clear, ethical, and professional manner.* Maintain a helpful, patient, and empathetic tone with every contact.* Work collaboratively with our intake team and provide legal insight when needed.*Qualifications:** J.D. from an accredited law school* Licensed and in good standing with the Arizona State Bar* 1+ years of experience in personal injury law preferred (auto accidents, premises liability, etc.)* Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills* Tech-savvy and comfortable with Zoom and cloud-based CRM/intake tools* Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus*We Offer:** 401(k)* 401(k) matching* Dental insurance* Employee assistance program* Health insurance* Health savings account* Life insurance* Paid time off* Vision insuranceJob Type: Full-timePay: From $80,000.00 per yearBenefits:* 401(k)* 401(k) matching* Dental insurance* Employee assistance program* Health insurance* Health savings account* Life insurance* Paid time off* Vision insuranceWork Location: In person
