This position involves answering inbound technical calls,assisting customers with software and hardware issues, and providing exceptional service to theperformance automotive community.Responsibilities* Answer and manage HP Tuners-related customer calls and emails* Provide step-by-step technical guidance for setup, installation, and troubleshooting* Clearly document customer issues and resolutions* Collaborate with team members to identify and resolve recurring issues* Maintain a professional and positive attitude with customers and coworkersQualifications* Strong computer skills (Windows environment, basic networking, troubleshooting)* Excellent communication and people skills* Ability to explain complex information in simple terms* Automotive background preferred - knowledge of tuning software, diagnostics, or vehicleelectronics is a plus* High school diploma or equivalent (technical or automotive training a plus)Job Type: Full-timePay: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per yearBenefits:* 401(k)* Dental insurance* Health insurance* Paid time off* Vision insuranceWork Location: In person
