*JOB SUMMARY:* Reporting to the Senior Director of Food Operations and Sales, this position is responsible for the implementation, oversight, and ongoing maintenance of the company's ERP system. The ERP Manager will coordinate cross-functional system integration, manage data integrity, and support end-users. This role requires both high-level strategic oversight and hands-on system administration. The ERP Manager will lead system training for current and new team members, ensure compliance with food manufacturing requirements, and collaborate with leadership to improve operational efficiency through ERP utilization.Please make an application promptly if you are a good match for this role due to high levels of interest.*ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:*· Lead the full ERP system implementation, including planning, testing, go-live, and stabilization phases.· Oversee ERP functionality across operations, sales, inventory, procurement, and production.· Develop and enforce protocols for data accuracy, security, and user access.· Provide hands-on support for ERP troubleshooting, updates, and customization.· Train and mentor current and new team members on ERP system functions and best practices.· Work with department heads to streamline workflows and align ERP processes, policies and procedures with operational needs.· Serve as primary liaison with ERP vendor, consultants, and IT support.· Monitor system performance, upgrades, and enhancements to ensure business continuity.· Support the integration of food safety, quality, and regulatory compliance requirements within ERP workflows.· Develop and deliver system training documentation, user guides, and ongoing learning opportunities.· Regularly generate reports and analytics to support leadership decision-making.· Collaborate with Finance and Operations to ensure ERP supports accurate costing, forecasting, and reporting.· Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities to optimize ERP utilization.· Participate in annual budget planning for ERP costs, licensing, and training.· Maintain strict confidentiality and security of company data and proprietary information.· Complete additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.*EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:*· Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field. Equivalent work experience will be considered.· Minimum of 3 years of ERP implementation, administration, or management experience; experience in the *food manufacturing industry strongly preferred.*· Hands-on knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., Inecta, SAP, Oracle NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.).· Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional system training and user support.· Strong project management skills, with ability to oversee timelines, delegate tasks, and work independently.· Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical staff.· Advanced competency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).· Knowledge of food manufacturing processes, supply chain workflows, and regulatory requirements (USDA/FDA, FSMA, SQF, etc.) a plus.*PHYSICAL JOB REQUIREMENTS:*· Constantly operates a computer and other office equipment.· Frequently remains in a stationary position; occasionally moves about facility to support ERP training and troubleshooting.· Occasionally lifts and transports materials up to 25 pounds.· Constantly communicates, interprets, and exchanges information with team members and vendors.Job Types: Contract, TemporaryPay: $38.00 - $40.00 per hourExpected hours: 40 per weekWork Location: In person
