Electrical Foreman

*Privately owned, master licensed electrical company has full-time positions available for electrical foreman in Harrisburg, PA. Someone who is disciplined and has at least 4 years experience is required. The majority of all job sites are located within an hour of the Harrisburg area.*All the relevant skills, qualifications and experience that a successful applicant will need are listed in the following description.*Education: 2 years required (vocational or trade school)**Job Requirements:** *Electrical and installation skills necessary** *Minimum 4 years experience with a journeyman card.** *Knowledge of NEC 2017 electric code** *Proficient in the use of hand and power tools. Must have own hand tools, cordless drill and impact, all other cordless power tools are a plus.** *Leadership and mechanical skills** *Commercial job experience required** *Pre-employment testing required** *PA Driver's License**Duties Include:** *Leading crews of 2-3 workers to meet construction site deadlines.** *Daily cost coding crew hours** *Communicate accurate scheduling requirement with super intendants and project manager** *Relay change orders to project manager when required** *Strong understanding of blue print reading** *Keep accurate daily log of receipts when purchases are required** *Maintain a positive attitude ** *Operate work vehicle in compliance with all laws and guidelines** *Install, test and maintain electrical wiring, fixtures, appliances and equipment** *Cut, thread and bend conduit and pull wire** *Drill holes to install wiring and connect to appropriate components** *Operating drivable lifts** *Install electrical panelboards, switches, receptacles and light fixtures** *Install fire alarm and telecommunication systems** *Use test meter to find short circuits in wiring** *Trouble-shoot electrical systems and implement steps to problem-solve** *Keep all equipment and vehicles in good-working order** *Maintain a high standard of safety within the workplace*Job Type: Full-timeBenefits:* 401(k)* 401(k) matching* Dental insurance* Health insurance* Life insurance* Paid time off* Vision insurancePeople with a criminal record are encouraged to applyWork Location: In person
