This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney who thrives in a supportive and collaborative environment and is passionate about serving immigrant communities.*Key Responsibilities:** Manage a caseload and supervise assigned paralegals from intake through resolution.* Conduct in-depth legal research and draft briefs, waivers, motions, appeals, and declarations.* Review and finalize case documents and submissions for accuracy and completeness.* Prepare clients for appearances and represent them at USCIS interviews, Immigration Court hearings, and other proceedings, including travel outside the Los Angeles area.* Maintain consistent and professional client communication in coordination with support staff.* Conduct legal consultations, both in-person and virtually, as needed.* Stay current on immigration law developments and apply changes to case strategy.* Follow firm policies and utilize case management systems effectively.*Qualifications:** Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.* Active member in good standing of the California State Bar.* Minimum 2-3 years of hands-on experience in immigration law, including:* Removal defense and deportation proceedings.* Adjustment of Status (AOS) interviews.* Family-based immigration.* Consular processing.* Strong writing, communication, and analytical skills.* Able to manage multiple cases in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.* Willingness to travel for court and agency appearances.*Why Join Us?** Supportive, family-oriented firm culture.* Opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of immigrant families.* Competitive compensation commensurate with experience.* Potential for growth within a growing law firm.Job Type: Full-timePay: $100,000.00 - $140,000.00 per yearBenefits:* 401(k)* Dental insurance* Health insurance* Paid time off* Professional development assistanceAbility to Commute:* Glendale, CA 91203 (Required)Ability to Relocate:* Glendale, CA 91203: Relocate before starting work (Required)Work Location: In person
