However, we also prioritize the work/life balance so your nights and weekends are yours along with flexible hours.```Responsibilities:```- Conduct legal research and analysis on various legal issues- Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and contracts- Assist with case management and preparation for hearings and trials- Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop case strategies- Negotiate settlements and agreements on behalf of clients- Represent clients in court proceedings and other legal proceedings- Provide legal advice and guidance to clients- Perform legal administrative tasks as needed```Requirements:```- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school- Admission to the state bar association- Strong research and writing skills- Proficiency in Westlaw and Lexis-Nexis for legal research- Experience in legal drafting and document preparation- Ability to litigate cases effectively in court- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Attention to detail and strong organizational skillsAs an Associate Attorney, you will play a crucial role in our legal team.
