The ideal candidate will have experience in heavy duty equipment painting and knowledge to ensure high-quality finishes on vehicles. This role requires proficiency with various painting techniques and tools, including paint spraying and color matching, as well as a solid understanding of vehicle body repair processes.We are looking for a skilled body repair technician. The ideal candidate will have experience and knowledge in heavy duty equipment repair, such: fiberglass work, sanding and prepping, remove and replace parts of a vehicle, light welding and able to understand estimates.We are also looking for a diesel mechanic. The ideal candidate will have experience and knowledge in diesel engines, transmissions, electrical, suspension, frame and how it all works together. This technician would be able to diagnose and repair mechanical issues and be able to weld as needed.*Painter Responsibilities** Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and masking as necessary.* Apply paint using various techniques, including spraying and use of ladders, to achieve a smooth and even finish.* Repair minor dents and imperfections in vehicle bodies prior to painting.* Utilize power tools and equipment safely and effectively during the painting process.* Collaborate with other professionals to ensure quality standards are met throughout the repair process.* Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring all tools and materials are stored properly after use.* Conduct inspections of completed work to ensure adherence to quality standards.* *Body Technician Responsibilities:** Go over estimates and understand what is needed to complete repairs.* Able to work well with others and stay on task.* Utilize tools tools and equipment safely and effectively.* Conduct inspections of completed work to ensure adherence to quality standards.* *Mechanic Technician Responsibilities:** Inspect all mechanical parts of vehicle and diagnose issues.* Able to work well with others and stay on task.* Understand what tools are needed to complete the necessary repairs and utilize them safely and effectively.* Conduct inspections of completed work to ensure adherence to quality standards.*Painter Skills** Proficiency in heavy duty painting techniques and familiarity with paint gun spraying equipment.* Knowledge of heavy duty body repairs and parts.* Ability to work effectively in a team environment while also being self-motivated.* Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.* *Body Technician Skills:** Able to work with fiberglass and other types of body repair materials.* Able to remove dents, straighten, light weld broken pieces if needed.* Able to remove and replace or reinstall pieces of vehicle as needed* Able to scuff, prep, sand, blend paint as needed.* Able to do light mechanical work if needed.* *Mechanic Technician Skills:** Able to diagnose and repair most forms of mechanical breakdowns; engines, transmissions, water pumps, brakes, AC, electrical, hydraulics, tires and so forth.* Knowledge and understanding of diesel mechanics safe operations.Join our team of dedicated professionals where your skills will be valued, and your contributions will make a difference in delivering exceptional results for our customers!Job Type: Full-timePay: From $28.00 per hourBenefits:* 401(k) matching* Dental insurance* Flexible schedule* Health insurance* Life insurance* Paid time off* Retirement plan* Vision insuranceWork Location: In person
