This position is ideal for an exceptional recent law school graduate or attorney with 1-2 years of experience who is eager to develop their legal skills and gain hands-on experience in one of the nation's most respected plaintiff firms.*Major Areas of Responsibility** Manage a caseload of mass tort and personal injury matters under supervision.* Assist in discovery, motion practice, and pre-trial preparation.* Draft pleadings, legal correspondence, and discovery responses.* Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and experts.* Support senior attorneys in hearings, mediations, and trials.* Maintain case calendars and ensure all deadlines are met.* Perform other case-related tasks as assigned.*What we are looking for:** J.D. from an accredited law school.* Active Texas Bar license (or pending results for exceptional candidates).* 1-2 years of experience in civil litigation, mass torts, or personal injury (law clerk or internship experience considered).* Exceptional writing, research, and communication skills.* High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.* Strong sense of initiative, professionalism, and client-centered advocacy.* Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal case management software (FileVine, Neos, etc.).*Why Join Us?** Supportive, team-oriented culture with mentorship opportunities* Opportunities for professional growth and advancement* Competitive compensation with performance-based bonusesReady to make a difference in the lives of injury victims and grow your career with a nationally respected firm?
