We strive to provide the best experience for both our employees and clients by living out our core values: Servant Leadership, Pursuit of Excellence, Integrity, and Respect for Others.We have an extensive commercial real estate practice that encompasses a wide variety of real estate matters, including the acquisition, development, financing, leasing, management, and disposition of office buildings, industrial and warehouse facilities, retail centers, multi-family and mixed-use projects, medical facilities, resort properties, and telecommunications sites. We also handle construction loans, timberland transactions, condemnation proceedings, and planning and zoning matters, and regularly advise clients on landlord-tenant issues, foreclosures, and a variety of other real property matters. Our primary focus is to assist clients in responding to the challenges and opportunities of the real estate market, often utilizing innovative and sophisticated approaches to meet our clients' objectives.*Responsibilities** Prepare and review closing documents for commercial real estate transactions.* Prepare and manage closing checklists, settlement statements, and closing binders, along with post-closing management and project closeout.* Arrange title examinations, obtain payoffs, prepare legal descriptions, and handle other pre-closing matters.* Prepare title commitments, closing protection letters, title policies, and endorsements.* Coordinate all aspects of the closing process to ensure that all terms of the transaction are met, including direct communication with attorneys, lenders, and realtors.* Track deposits, payments, and disbursements of funds in accordance with the settlement statement.* Draft and format correspondence, documents, and presentations.* Open, maintain, and organize electronic files.* Review documents for accuracy, grammar, and proper formatting.* Coordinate and process monthly billing.*Requirements** Bachelor's degree preferred.* Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial real estate in a law firm setting.* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.* Experience with closing software such as Closer's Choice.* Exceptional client service and interpersonal skills.* Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.* Superior grammar, proofreading, and attention to detail.* Positive and professional attitude with the ability to work collaboratively.* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.Job Type: Full-timeBenefits:* 401(k) matching* Dental insurance* Disability insurance* Free parking* Health insurance* Life insurance* Paid time off* Vision insuranceExperience:* Commercial Real Estate: 3 years (Preferred)Work Location: In person
