Wastewater System Collection Operator

Wastewater System Collection Operator - to oversee and maintain collection system including 100 pump stations and several hundred miles of piping and force main feeding into a 3 MGD plant in Alabama. Strong mechanical skills, knowledge of pump station hydraulic operations including VFDs. Responsibilities include; remove and clean pumps, perform draw down test, jet and vacuum lines, perform line locates, communicate with client staff, in house staff, Engineers, Contractors, and Regulatory Agencies. Drive and operate pickup trucks, tractors, and mowers. Perform preventative maintenance activities, utilize a computer and MS Excel. _*Wastewater Certification *_a plus. Competitive pay and benefits.
