AUTOMOTIVE TECHNICIAN- 5+ YEARS EXP REQ-EXOTIC CARS

Join our team of Exotic & European Automotive Specialists! We are seeking qualified automotive technicians with advanced experience working on European vehicles. Minimum 5 years experience as a technician required.Interested in this role You can find all the relevant information in the description below.We are the largest volume pre-owned dealership of high line and exotic vehicles such as Ferrari, Lamborghini, Bentley, Rolls-Royce, Audi, Mercedes-Benz, McLaren, Aston Martin, etc. in Orange County.* 5-day work week Monday-Friday; one rotating Saturday worked a month* Competitive compensation based on experience* Latest diagnostic tools, well-equipped shop* No warranty work* Health & Dental benefits* 401K*Open Position *Technician: Job duties include but are not limited to the following..* Inspect and repair vehicle systems including engine, transmission, electrical steering, suspension, braking, air condition, etc. (Interior disassembly skills a huge plus!)* Examine and diagnose vehicles to determine service and reconditioning work needed* Perform work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy* Installation, testing, assembly of new systems and equipment* Troubleshooting and analysis of systems and equipment and coordinate actions to resolve problems as needed.* Manage and prioritize multiple responsibilities, which may be broad in scope and complexity and may involve collaboration with more senior employee(s)* Communicate with parts department to obtain parts if needed* Notify service adviser immediately if additional work outlined is not needed or required.* Notify service adviser immediately if repairs cannot be completed within time promised.* Document work performed and manage time and resources effectively* Problem solve, overcome obstacles and make good decisions* Road test vehicles when required* Keep shop area neat, clean, and be able to account for all dealership-owned tools at all times*JOB REQUIREMENTS ** Previous automotive repair shop experience (5 years minimum)* Skilled in two or more automotive specialists; European preferred* Technician must provide their own tools* Proactive attitude, must be a self starter and able to work independently*Plus (but not required) : ** ASE CERTIFICATIONS* DEALER/TRAINING/CERTIFICATIONSThis candidate has the opportunity to grow their skills and automotive repair knowledge working on exotic and highline vehicles.
