This role will primarily oversee the Corporate Recruiting function, driving team performance, process improvements, and innovation across all corporate hiring efforts.About You:Proven experience leading recruiting teams in high-growth or high-volume environmentsStrong background in building or enhancing recruitment infrastructure, tools, and processesTrack record of managing diverse teams with varying levels of experienceStrategic mindset with the ability to implement scalable, long-term talent solutionsComfortable working in a fast-paced, people-driven organizationAbout the Job:Lead and develop a team of seven corporate recruiters, including managers and early-career staffDefine and implement KPIs to measure team performance and hiring effectivenessImprove and scale recruiting processes and technologies to support company growthCollaborate with senior leadership to forecast and fulfill corporate hiring needsDrive innovation and continuous improvement across the corporate talent acquisition functionOur client is undergoing rapid national expansion and is seeking a candidate who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a proven track record of revamping recruiting best practices.
