Our client, a successful financial services firm, is seeking a Client Services Scheduler to permanently join their team! The ideal candidate will possess exceptional interpersonal, active listening, and problem-solving skills, coupled with a passion for assisting others.About You:At least 1 year of experience in a customer-oriented role (experience in hospitality is encouraged!)Strong verbal and written communication skillsExcellent active listening and problem-solving abilitiesExceptional attention to detail and multitasking skillsSound judgment and discretion when handling confidential and sensitive mattersAbility to work one Saturday per monthDay to Day:Connect with clients and assist in scheduling them for various classes, seminars, and servicesAct as a company expert to advise clients on different offeringsProvide superior customer service to all members, treating each customer with respect, empathy, and a commitment to assistanceManage multiple calendars with frequently changing meetingsDocument notes from each client call to share cross-functionally with teams as neededAssist with various projects and support other team members as requiredThis role presents an excellent opportunity for a candidate who is people-oriented and keen on making a difference within a reputable company.
