We're growing fast, and we're looking for a skilled *Window Tint Installer* to join our team and help us deliver flawless, head-turning results for our clients.Experience, qualification, and soft skills, have you got everything required to succeed in this opportunity Find out below.*What You'll Do:** Install high-quality window tint on all types of vehicles (cars, trucks, SUVs, and occasional specialty/exotic vehicles) with precision and care.* Inspect windows before and after installation to ensure a perfect finish with no bubbles, creases, or imperfections.* Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment* Educate customers on tint care, warranties, and maintenance.* Assist with occasional PPF projects as needed.*Requirements:** Minimum *2 years of professional automotive window tinting experience* (ceramic tint experience preferred).* Ability to work with different film brands and handle complex installs (curved glass, frameless windows, sunroofs).* Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing top-quality results.* Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.* Excellent communication and customer service skills.*What We Offer:** Opportunity to work on luxury, exotic, and high-performance vehicles.* Growth potential in a rapidly expanding automotive service company.* All high-end tools, film, and materials provided.*Pay:** $17-$20/hour depending on experience*Work Location** Based at our Tempe shop.
