Description :The Food & Nutrition Services Manager is responsible/accountable for leading and managing retail, Food and Nutrition Services. Overseas, plans, directs, implements, supervises and evaluates the food production, retail and clinical operations of the Food and Nutrition Services Department to provide the highest level of quality and service. Leads quality improvement initiatives to support departmental and organizational goals. Develop and provide educational programs for clients, students, employee and community audiences. Education:You could be just the right applicant for this job Read all associated information and make sure to apply.Required: Bachelor's Degree in related field and Completion of an ACEND approved dietetic internship or coordinated undergraduate programPreferred: Plan of study for MS completion or a Master's degree in nutrition, dietetics or related fieldExperience:Preferred: Previous supervisory and management experience and 2 years of experience in a healthcare setting.Skills:Excellent communication skillsComputer skills (be able to effectively use Microsoft office)Able to follow direction and work well as a team playerAble to multitask, be flexible to change, and possess critical thinking skillsLicensure/Certification/Registration:Required: Registered Dietitian with State Licensure.Required: Maintains registration with Commission on Dietetic Registration of Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics.Preferred: Maintains Certified Diabetes Educator certification
