Residential Advisor - Day & Swingshift

Job Summary: Responsible for overseeing and monitoring all activities, duties, and responsibilities of the Residential Advisors on assigned shift and ensuring compliance with PRH requirements for the Residential Department. Duties/Responsibilities:Schedule is Wed, Thursday & Sunday 3:00 PM - 12:00 AM, Friday & Saturday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PMSupervises residential program and ensures that student needs are met in a timely professional manner.Provides monthly and weekly activity reports to Center Management, including Social Development Director, Deputy Center Director, Center Director, and weekend Duty Officer. Ensures orderly and clean-living conditions are maintained in dormitories, while promoting self-discipline and an awareness of others by modeling, mentoring, and monitoring staff and student behavior according to the Career Success Standards. Oversees social skills and provides guidance as appropriate.Assists students in handling special problems and conducts dormitory meetings, including collaboration with other departments when necessary to ensure that student issues and concerns are addressed and resolved in a timely fashion. Conducts regular audits of student Residential files and staff shift reports and provides feedback to ensure compliance. Attends required staff training sessions.Performs other duties as assigned.Learn more about the general tasks related to this opportunity below, as well as required skills.Compensation details: 24.2-24.21 Hourly WagePIf3886bc7dbc7-30134-39054690
