The ideal candidate for the Workers' Compensation and Personal Injury attorney position will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Oregon or Washington State workers' compensation and/or Personal Injury law. The candidate should have experience reviewing medical records, bureau documents and drafting legal briefs. Furthermore, the ideal candidate should possess courtroom experience, with experience taking testimony and conducting trial depositions.
