We deliver comprehensive sustainability, environmental, health & safety, remediation, and training services, consistently recognized for technical excellence, innovation, and growth.We are seeking a *Licensed Land Surveyor* to support pipeline and property boundary projects across Pennsylvania. This role is critical in establishing accurate site data for engineering and construction efforts. The ideal candidate is experienced in delivering high-quality survey data using total station and GPS technology.*Key Responsibilities** Perform boundary, topographic, and construction stakeout surveys in the field.* Collect and analyze survey data, preparing detailed maps, records, and reports.* Operate GPS, total stations, and related surveying instruments with precision.* Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to meet project requirements.* Ensure all survey work complies with state laws, regulations, and industry standards.* Provide training and guidance to junior surveyors and technicians as needed.* Support additional survey-related duties as assigned.*Qualifications** Bachelor's degree in Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field.* *Professional Land Surveyor License in Pennsylvania (required).** Minimum 3 years of land surveying experience.* Proficient with modern surveying equipment and software.* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.* Ability to work independently and within a project team in a fast-paced environment.* Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.Job Type: Full-timePay: $75,000.00 - $200,000.00 per yearBenefits:* 401(k)* Dental insurance* Health insurance* Life insurance* Paid time off* Vision insuranceLicense/Certification:* Surveyor License (Required)Work Location: In person
