As a Plumbing Foreman you will be required to encompass all Journeyman/Master Plumber and Apprentice responsibilities as well as supervisory duties. This position requires proficient communication skills as well as the ability to lead, direct, teach and train your crew as necessary. As a performance-based company, you determine your raises.
