Associate Attorney

We represent a diverse range of clients in various civil litigation matters, providing exceptional legal services with a focus on strategic advocacy and client satisfaction. This is an excellent opportunity for a talented attorney to gain valuable experience in a dynamic and supportive environment.*Responsibilities:** Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and other legal documents.* Assist in all phases of litigation, including case evaluation, discovery, depositions, motion practice, and trial preparation.* Attend court hearings, mediations, and depositions.* Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel.* Manage case files.* Assist with trial preparation and attend trials as needed.* Analyze and interpret complex legal issues.* Stay up-to-date on relevant legal developments and case law.*Qualifications:** Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.* Admission to the Oklahoma Bar.* 0-5 years of civil litigation experience preferred.* Strong research, writing, and analytical skills.* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.* Proficiency in legal research databases (e.g., Westlaw, LexisNexis).* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.* Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.* Experience in medical malpractice defense or insurance defense is a plus.*Benefits:** Competitive salary commensurate with experience.* Comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, 401(k), and an incentive bonus plan.* Opportunities for professional development and advancement.* Collaborative and supportive work environment.* Mentorship from experienced attorneys.*To Apply:*Please submit your resume, cover letter, and a writing sample to hcoleman@.
