*SEEKING SENIOR LEVEL PT-CLINIC DIRECTOR IN TRAINING- *Do not pass up this chance, apply quickly if your experience and skills match what is in the following description.*FOR JEFFERSON PARK CLINIC**/*LICENSED ILLINOIS PHYSICAL THERAPIST- REQUIRED/**| Full-Time- At least 2 evenings per week until 7pm | Exempt (Salaried)Position SummaryThe Clinic Director (CD) is responsible for the overall leadership, management, and performance of a FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers clinic. This position combines clinical expertise, operational management, and business leadership to ensure high-quality patient outcomes and strong clinic performance.The Clinic Director leads by example"”maintaining a full patient caseload while mentoring staff, driving production-based performance, and ensuring operational excellence.Key ResponsibilitiesLeadership & Operations· Lead all aspects of daily clinic operations, ensuring alignment with FYZICAL's mission, values, and clinical standards.· Supervise, mentor, and develop clinical and administrative staff to achieve professional excellence, accountability and outcomes.· Establish, monitor, and achieve monthly & quarterly performance goals based on patient visits, revenue generation, and productivity metrics.· Collaborate with ownership and regional leadership to implement operational improvements and growth strategies.· Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and FYZICAL policies, including documentation, safety, and billing requirements.Clinical Excellence· Maintain a full clinical caseload of 10-12 patients per day, demonstrating leadership through active patient care.· Deliver evidence-based physical therapy with an emphasis on balance, vestibular, and orthopedic rehabilitation.· Ensure quality assurance through regular documentation reviews, outcome tracking, and clinical mentoring.· Support continuous clinical education and skill development for all team members. Upholds the training and accountability requirements that are consistent with the FYZICAL Chicago CD training manual.· Implement the 10-point management system of FYZICAL and establish and uphold the leadership pillars.Financial & Business Management· Oversee clinic financial performance, including revenue growth, expense management, and profitability.· Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as therapist utilization, visit averages, and collections.· Partner with the FYZICAL Sales team to assist in developing and maintaining relationships with referral sources and to further support team to implement marketing and referral development initiatives to meet and exceed sales goals.· Coordinate with Sales and Marketing to set goals for coordinated clinic growth objectives.· Contribute to strategic planning and budget forecasting to achieve annual business objectives.Team Development & Culture· Recruit, onboard, and retain high-performing team members aligned with FYZICAL's culture of excellence.· Conduct performance evaluations and create individualized development plans for each staff member.· Foster a collaborative, positive, and patient-centered clinic environment.· Lead with integrity and consistency, serving as a role model for professionalism and accountability.Qualifications· Licensed Physical Therapist or Physical Therapy Assistant (MPT, DPT, Licensed PTA, or equivalent) in good standing with the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation (IDFPR).· Minimum of 3-5 years of outpatient clinical experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership capacity preferred.· Proven ability to manage a full caseload (10-12 patients daily) while overseeing team and operational success.· Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.· Demonstrated ability to meet production-based goals and drive team performance.Performance Evaluation· Achievement of production metrics (visits, billable hours, and revenue).· Achievement of marketing goals set per quarter with Area Director and Sales Liaison.· Maintenance of a full clinical caseload (10-12 patients daily).· Patient satisfaction, outcomes, and quality assurance.· Staff retention, engagement, and performance development.· Compliance with FYZICAL standards and operational excellence.Physical Job Demands· Ability to stand, walk, and move frequently throughout the workday.· Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly and assist patients with mobility, transfers, and exercise activities.· Frequent reaching, bending, and manual manipulation associated with patient treatment.· Visual and auditory ability to observe and evaluate patients effectively.· Capacity to maintain prolonged focus during clinical and administrative tasks.· Ability to safely demonstrate exercises, balance techniques, and equipment use as required.· Must be physically capable of performing all essential job duties with or without reasonable accommodation.Job Type: Full-timePay: $95,000.00 - $110,000.00 per yearBenefits:* 401(k)* 401(k) matching* Continuing education credits* Dental insurance* Disability insurance* Employee assistance program* Flexible schedule* Health insurance* Health savings account* Life insurance* Opportunities for advancement* Paid time off* Referral program* Retirement plan* Travel reimbursement* Vision insuranceWork Location: In person
