The person who serves in this role will play an integral part in helping us achieve this goal. The litigation attorney will represent clients in divorce, child custody, child support, dependency, modifications, contempt, legal separation, adoption, surrogacy, prenuptial, postnuptial, probate, and estate planning cases.
