Magaziner Law, P.A., a Construction Law and Civil Litigation firm in Dunedin, FL, seeks a qualified litigation associate to join its ranks. The ideal candidate should have two or more years' experience in insurance defense or civil litigation and familiarity with billable hours/time tracking requirements. Experience in construction litigation or in the construction field is a plus, though not required.The full job description covers all associated skills, previous experience, and any qualifications that applicants are expected to have.*Applicant Requirements* - To be considered for the position, all applicants MUST:* be a member of the Florida Bar Association in good standing;* be able to commute to the office each workday (with remote opportunities);* be able to travel as required for court appearances, client meetings, and site inspections, etc.;* have strong analytical, grammatical, research, and communication skills.Magaziner Law is an equal opportunity employer.
