We are looking for a Senior Sign Designer with advanced industrial design experience and fabrication/construction knowledge to help bring our clients' small scale ideas to life.Are you interested in helping business owners grow their businesses through new or innovative sign packages? Come design signs that you will find in front of a business, on a building, inside a lobby, or in a conference room. You will get the gratification of seeing signs you designed displayed around Columbus and surrounding communities.*Job Description:*This full-time position is for an experienced *Senior Sign Designer* responsible for creating visually impactful and effective signage solutions across a wide range of applications, from complex, large-scale environmental and architectural signage systems to simple, straightforward projects.*Sign Designer Responsibilities & Duties*:* Combine artistic creativity with industrial and engineering expertise, demonstrating technical proficiency in design software and a strong understanding of industrial design principles, materials, and construction processes* Consult with our sales team to understand the client's needs, preferences, budgets, project timeline, and city permitting requirements* Produce final layouts and detailed technical drawings for fabrication and installation at a level of accuracy and completeness suitable for engineer review, approval, and sealing* Conduct site visits (as needed) to assess signage placement and installation requirements* Coordinate with production teams to ensure designs are fabricated correctly* Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines* Stay informed about new technologies and materials in sign productionJob Type: Full-timePay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per yearBenefits:* 401(k)* 401(k) matching* Dental insurance* Flexible schedule* Health insurance* Health savings account* Life insurance* Paid time off* Vision insuranceApplication Question(s):* Are you Proficient in Corel Draw design software and have a working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite programs?
