HVAC Installer

*Position Overview*Please read the following job description thoroughly to ensure you are the right fit for this role before applying.We are seeking a skilled and reliable *HVAC Installer* to join our team at All Season Experts Heating and Cooling. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience installing and replacing residential and light commercial heating and air conditioning systems, and heat pumps. This role requires strong technical knowledge, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship and excellent customer service.*Key Responsibilities*- Install new heating, cooling, and ventilation systems (including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ductwork).- Read and interpret job drawings, wiring diagrams, and technical specifications.- Connect systems to fuel, water, and refrigerant sources and test for leaks.- Calibrate thermostats and ensure systems operate efficiently and safely.- Inspect and troubleshoot installation issues, ensuring compliance with local codes and safety standards.- Collaborate with team members, contractors, and homeowners to complete jobs on schedule. - Maintain accurate installation records and complete required documentation.- Keep tools, equipment, and vehicles clean, organized, and in good working condition.*Qualifications*- Strong understanding of HVAC systems, controls, and ductwork installation.- Ability to lift 50+ lbs, work in tight spaces, and handle various weather conditions.- Excellent communication and customer service skills.Job Type: Full-timePay: $30.00 - $45.00 per hourExpected hours: 40 per weekBenefits:* 401(k)* Paid time off* Retirement planExperience:* HVAC: 2 years (Required)Ability to Commute:* Fishkill, NY 12524 (Required)Ability to Relocate:* Fishkill, NY 12524: Relocate before starting work (Required)Work Location: In person
