The successful candidate will provide expert legal counsel working within Personal Injury. This role requires a strong foundation in legal research, drafting, negotiation, and litigation to effectively serve our clients' diverse needs. The attorney will play a vital role in advising clients, preparing legal documents, and representing clients in court or negotiations.MINIMUM 3 years LITIGATION EXPERIENCE*Duties** Conduct comprehensive legal research using tools such as LexisNexis and Westlaw to support case preparation and legal analysis.* Draft legal documents including contracts, pleadings, briefs, and memoranda with precision and clarity.* Provide expert advice on personal injury law* Negotiate settlements and agreements on behalf of clients to achieve favorable outcomes.* Represent clients in court proceedings, hearings, mediations, and negotiations as needed.* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws and regulations to ensure compliance and effective counsel.* Manage legal administrative tasks efficiently within the law office environment.* Collaborate with colleagues on complex cases requiring extensive research and strategic planning.*Experience** Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school with active bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction.* Strong research skills utilizing LexisNexis and Westlaw platforms are essential.* Excellent writing skills with the ability to draft clear and persuasive legal documents.* Demonstrated negotiation skills with a track record of successful client advocacy.* Prior legal administrative experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
