This role requires proficiency in various data analysis tools and techniques, as well as a strong understanding of database management and project methodologies. The Data Analyst will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity and support strategic initiatives.*Duties** Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business strategies.* Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, and Looker to visualize data effectively.* Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical specifications.* Conduct ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes to prepare data for analysis.* Utilize programming languages such as Python and R for data manipulation and statistical analysis.* Design and optimize databases using Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, or other database management systems.* Participate in Agile project management methodologies to ensure timely delivery of data projects.* Document processes, workflows, and data models using tools like Visio.* Support the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) by providing insights during various project phases.* Apply business analysis skills to assess the impact of changes on existing systems and processes.*Qualifications** Proficiency in SQL for querying databases and performing data analysis.* Experience with analytics tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker is highly desirable.* Familiarity with ETL tools like Talend or other similar platforms.* Strong understanding of database design principles and best practices.* Knowledge of programming languages including Python, R, VBA, or Bash (Unix shell).* Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets.* Experience in project management methodologies (Agile preferred).* Strong communication skills to present findings clearly to stakeholders at all levels.* Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while managing multiple priorities effectively.
