AR/Collections Specialist

We are currently seeking an AR/Collections Specialist for a temp to hire position located in Irvine.Are you the right candidate for this opportunity Make sure to read the full description below.Position will be working onsite and hours are 7am to 4pm.Pay $29.00 to $31.00 per hour DOEKey Responsibilities for the AR/Collections Specialist:Responsible for managing the AR aging reports Handle the collections via phone and email in a timely and professional mannerProcess payments, apply cash receipts and issue statement of invoices as neededResponsible for handling any billing discrepancies and dispute in a time manner and creating the monthly billing Process and apply credit memosResponsible for receiving and processing prelim notices and releasesKey Requirements for the AR/Collections Specialist:3+ years of full cycle AR/Collections xijylhu Construction industry is preferredExperience with prelims is a plusStrong attention to detailStrong customer service mindset Intermediate Excel skills (vlookup/pivots)PandoLogic.
