Tax Attorney

Bricker Graydon is currently seeking a Tax Attorney to join its growing Business Industry Group in Cincinnati, Ohio to work with our team of experienced tax professionals. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of private practice tax experience in corporate and partnership taxation, business structuring and formation (choice of entity), mergers and acquisitions, and tax-exempt organizations. Experience in handling civil tax controversy matters and Tax Court trial experience is a plus.
