Our Access to Care Program offers care to deserving communities while providing meaningful debt relief to our providers.We are a state-of-the-art endo practice seeking an endo associate. The practice is experiencing growth and is supported by a top-notch partner, clinical, and administrative team. Our patient-centric and team-focused practice has all the modern amenities to set you up for success.ResponsibilitiesPerform Root Canal Therapy: Provide root canal therapy, retreatment, and apical surgery procedures to the highest standards of care.Diagnose and Treat Diseases: Diagnose and treat diseases and injuries of the dental pulp and periapical tissues.Collaborate with General Dentists: Collaborate with general dentists and other dental specialists to develop and execute treatment plans for patients.Communicate Effectively: Communicate clearly and effectively with patients to educate them on their treatment options and help them make informed decisions about their oral health.Ensure Compliance: Ensure that all treatment is performed in compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and ethical standards.Maintain Accurate Records: Keep accurate and detailed patient records in our practice management system.Participate in Continuing Education: Participate in continuing education and professional development opportunities to stay up-to-date with the latest techniques, technologies, and industry trends.Manage Administrative Tasks: Work with our administrative team to manage appointment scheduling, patient communication, and billing as needed.Uphold Commitment to Patient Care: Uphold our commitment to providing excellent patient care and creating a welcoming, inclusive, and supportive practice environment.QualificationsDDS or DMD Degree: DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school.Certificate in Endodontics: Certificate in endodontics from an accredited program.Excellent Clinical Skills: Excellent clinical skills and a commitment to providing high-quality patient care.Strong Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients and collaborate effectively with other members of the dental team.Continuing Education: Willingness to participate in continuing education and professional development activities to stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and techniques. xijylhu BenefitsWe offer a competitive salary, benefits package, and opportunities for professional growth and development.Join Our Team
