If you are looking for an excellent closing position where you will contribute to a fun and fast-paced work environment, please start your application today!Compensation:$40,000 - $50,000Responsibilities:Prepare and send out closing packages to buyers, sellers, brokers, attorneys, and lendersApply (by clicking the relevant button) after checking through all the related job information below.Conduct professional interaction and coordinate with industry contacts such as loan officers, underwriters, realtors, brokers, buyers, and sellersHelp coordinate the title policy with the title examiner Disburse escrow funds accurately and complete administrative tasks such as reporting Monitor progress in compliance with all terms and conditions of purchase contracts Open, process, and close escrow transactions in compliance with state and federal lawsPrepare and review escrow instructions and closing documentsBalance final figures with title companies, lenders, HUD, etc.Coordinate with all parties (buyers, sellers, agents, lenders) to gather necessary documentationDisburse funds according to instructions and escrow agreementsEnsure timely and accurate recording of documents with the appropriate county officesResolve title issues, escrow demands, and any discrepancies that may ariseMaintain accurate and complete transaction recordsProvide exceptional customer service and timely communication throughout the processQualifications:Strong written and verbal communications skills are a mustSolid knowledge of title insurance, regulatory guidelines, the escrow process, legal documents, and real estate property lawMinimum 3+ years of experience working with real estate closing: residential sales, refinance, commercial sales, REO and short sale escrow Proficient working with escrow / title softwareCollege degree or equivalent work experience preferred "” high school diploma requiredHigh attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environmentState licensing or certification (as required by jurisdiction)About CompanySonic Title is a full-service title agency dedicated to providing efficient and reliable real estate closings.
