Diamond Foundry seeks a seasoned General Counsel who will be the primary attorney responsible for various matters, including compliance, vendor contracts, global expansions, and more. As the company's General Counsel, our global leaders will look to you for legal input, including risk mitigation. The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on and can develop creative strategies to address legal issues, allowing for business flexibility. Provide sound advice and guidance on legal and business-related issues to senior business leaders. Develop and deliver training on legal issues and contract processes. Provide legal guidance on other aspects of the companys operations, including IP, Employment Law, and occasionally real estate matters. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance operations, to ensure legal compliance and risk management in all business areas, including Supply Chain and Manufacturing. S. with at least 8 years of relevant experience, preferably in a high-growth tech company. Outstanding analytical, drafting, negotiation, collaboration, written, and communication skills.
