Junior Odoo ERP Analyst

We rely on Odoo ERP as our core system and are seeking a Junior Odoo ERP Analyst to support accounting, operations and system improvements. We are seeking a motivated Junior Odoo ERP Analyst to join our dynamic IT team. The ideal candidate will support the implementation, integration, and optimization of Odoo ERP solutions, contributing to our organization's digital transformation initiatives. A strong foundation in systems engineering, APIs, cloud security, and related technologies is essential for success in this position.*Duties:** Configure and maintain Odoo apps: Accounting, Invoicing, Sales, Inventory, Manufacturing, and Field Service* Support daily accounting workflows: invoices, bills, payments, journals, and reconciliations* Assist with operations and manufacturing workflows: BOMs, stock moves, work orders.* Create and modify views, filters, saved searches, automations, and custom fields using Odoo Studio* Build safe Odoo customizations using Python and XML* Test changes in a staging environment to ensure data integrity and system stability.* Provide user support and create clear documentation for processes and system changes.*Required Qualifications:** 1+ year hands-on Odoo experience as an admin, power user, junior consultant, or ERP owner* Experience with Accounting/Invoicing app and at least one other Odoo app (Inventory, Manufacturing, Field Service, etc.)* Knowledge of debits, credits, journals, invoices, and financial statements* Python and XML experience for Odoo customizations* Basic PostgreSQL knowledge and ability to run simple queries.* Strong process-mapping, critical thinking, and communication skills.* Strong analytical skills with attention to detail; excellent problem-solving abilities. xijylhu *Preferred:** Experience developing Odoo custom modules or apps.* Background in waste/recycling, field service, or equipment-heavy industries* Participation in Odoo implementations, migrations, or major system upgradesPay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per yearBenefits:* 401(k)* Dental insurance* Employee assistance program* Flexible spending account* Health insurance* Life insurance* Paid time off* Vision insuranceEducation:* Bachelor's (Preferred)Experience:* Odoo: 2 years (Required)Language:* English (Required)Location:* Union City, CA 94587 (Preferred)Ability to Commute:* Union City, CA 94587 (Required)Work Location: In person
